Upper Body Push

Light 5 min misc warmup

5 Alternating sets:
DB Shrug 50-80lbs
Floor Press 135-220lbs

DB Incline Press
4 sets of 6-8 reps @ 70lb

4 supersets of:
One Arm DB Overhead Tricep Extension 10 reps @ 25-30lbs
EZ Curl Bar Skullcrusher 10 reps @ 70lbs

GHD Oblique Crunch 3 sets of 10
