5 reps @ 75,95,135, 4 sets

4 circuits of:
Pullup/Lat Pulldown 6-10 reps
GHD Leg Curl 10-12 reps
GHD Sit-up 12-15 reps

4 supersets of:
BB Bicep Curl 5 reps @ 95lbs
Cable Crossover Reverse Fly 5-7 reps
