23 Days Out: Playground Dumbbell

After a day of stretching yesterday I was back at the playground today with my 40 lb. dumbbell for another weighted playground workout. Tried a few new things with some good results and although I didn’t stick to the 40 repetitions per exercise I was able to explore a few more exercises which was nice. I think I got one more playground dumbbell trip in mind for sometime next week but we’ll see what happens.
