20 Days Til 40: Turkish Getups

20 Days Out: Turkish Getups

Today was a simple home workout. Took my 40lb dumbbell and did 40 Turkish Getups.

Warmed up with 40 squats, 40 pushups and 40 body rows.

Alternated sides every 2 reps. Broke it up into sets of 15,13,6,6.

Finished with some 40 second arch holds.
