Got a spare 30 minutes so I decided to do a little workout…

Upper Body & Core

4 Supersets of:
Body Row – 20 reps
GHD Sit-up – 15 reps

4 Supersets of 10 reps each:
BB Bicep Curl – 65 lb
Bent One Arm DB Rev Fly – 15 lb
