Pushups x 20
Sit-ups x 15
Dips x 100
10 sets of 10
Different platforms and grips each set, +20 lbs on sets 6,7,8
Between each set of dips:
Random exercises, whatever was open. Split squats, curls, planks, bridges, step ups, etc.
