8 Days Out: Lunge & Curl

Still in the gym today for a mostly leg and bicep workout based on bodyweight based weights.

Started with light leg warmup of misc lunges, bridges and leg curls followed by some light arm exercises and 5 min walk.

2 sets of:

BB Front Lunge x 10 each with 1/2 BW

DB Bicep Curl 20lb x 20

2 sets of:

BB Front Lunge x 10 each with 1/2 BW

DB One Arm Bicep Curl 40lb x 10

2 sets of 20 reps:

Spinning Side Lunge

Cable Bicep Curl with Posture Squeeze Finish

3 sets of 15,13,12 reps:

Ball Crunch

BB Reverse Curl

2 sets:

Cable Curl Row 40lb x 20 reps

Calf Raise x 40 reps

McGill Big 3

Feet Elevated Plank on Ball (5 min) – got challenged to do this so I had to do it and then threw 10 push-ups on the end before dismounting.
