Warmup of:
Power plate
TRX Rows
Back roll squats

5 rounds of:
Candlestick Jumps
5-6 reps
Ring Dips
5-6 reps
One Arm Hang
30 seconds each

3 rounds of:
Handstand ~30 seconds
Ring Flex Arm Holds ~ 30 seconds
Straddle Split Pike Up 3-5 reps
