Whether you’re traveling constantly for work and need to keep on your game or just looking for a quick workout while on vacation, having some easy and effective programs are vital.
One of my goals over the next year is to develop a library of simple workouts you can do while away from home that require no equipment and very little space are adaptable to almost place, hotel rooms in particular. Add some bands or a small suitcase and you got some extra challenge.
