On the minute, alternating sets:
Behind the Neck Pullups
10,8,8,8,8,7,7
Handstand Pushups (against wall)
6,6,8,6,6,5,6

30 sec rest between alternating sets of:
TRX Rows
10,10,10
Decline Pushups
20,15
